TesLapp

The shop in a pocket.

TesLapp is the floor app that belongs to Tesland One. Same account, same work orders, same stock. No laptop on the lift. Internal — not an App Store product.

On the floor

Today’s board, then the job.

Technicians see the tiles they need: work order, today’s overview, and labels. Warehouse and office see stock, incoming goods, webshop orders, and receipts as well.

  2. In progress
  3. Waiting for parts
  4. Ready

Open a job

Scan the job sheet, or search by number, plate, or name. The order shows title, plate, and the parts already on it.

Clock in

Start the job and the timer runs in Tesland One. The order moves to in progress. Start from a button, or by reading the vehicle display.

Photos stay on the order

Arrival shots when work begins. More photos during the job. They land on the Tesland One work order — how the car came in is not a discussion later.

Book parts

Scan a code, set the quantity, add it. Name, SKU, and line total follow. Variants ask you to pick first.

Read the display

Mileage and VIN from a photo. VIN is checked against the vehicle on the order. Fault codes from a diagnostic screen become lines on the job.

Clock out

Stop the timer and choose: another car, waiting for parts or a customer decision, or ready. Ready marks the materials as checked.

Warehouse

Stock, incoming, pick, ship.

The same Tesland One catalogue. A scan updates the whole team. No slip of paper, no spreadsheet on the side.

Stock and location

Scan a part: on hand, reserved, available, on order. Change the bin. The location is live for everyone.

Incoming

Scan what arrived. The app finds the open purchase line. Book the real count — a short delivery stays open.

Webshop orders

Select or scan the pick list. Tick each line. Pack and send a shipping label from the phone.

Labels

Print a name, SKU, and code so the next person can scan it back into TesLapp.

Receipts

Photograph a till receipt or supplier slip. The app reads supplier, amount, and date. Staff check it, then it is filed.

Parts for a bay

Warehouse can book a part onto a work order the same way a technician does — when the kit is laid out at the bench.

TesLapp is distributed inside Tesland. The Tesla service centre and accessories stay on tesland.com.
