Leads
New interest lands in the CRM: who they are, how they arrived, what they asked for. Follow-up is a status, not a forgotten mail.
Custom platform · AlloyGator Nederland
Built for this company — not a theme with plugins stacked on top.
TesLabs designed and built the digital platform behind AlloyGator Nederland: the public site and webshop, the dealer network, and the CRM that keeps leads, visits, and performance in one file. Live at alloygator.nl.
CRM
A dealer or a buyer is one record. Orders, notes, credit, and the last visit sit together. Field staff and the office look at the same truth.
New interest lands in the CRM: who they are, how they arrived, what they asked for. Follow-up is a status, not a forgotten mail.
Appointments and contact moments for the field team. Dealers on a map. What was said last time is on the card before the next door opens.
Who is buying, who went quiet, who still owes a visit. Orders and account terms sit on the same customer — so “how is this dealer doing?” has an answer.
Company, VAT, credit, payment terms, orders, and notes. One place. No retyping a house number into three tools.
Dealers
Consumers find a fitter on the map. Internally those same partners are accounts: status, price group, and visits. NL and BE. The list is maintained in the CRM — not a separate dealer site that goes stale.
Public map and radius search. The shop and the locator share the live partner list.
B2B prices, discount groups, and pay-on-account. Same catalogue as the consumer shop. No Excel price list on the side.
The road team sees dealers on a map, with visits and notes, including on iPad.
Site and shop
Homepage, product pages, and copy sit in AlloyGator’s own look. Pages, media, and landing text are edited in the admin — no new website for a new colour or campaign.
Cart, wishlist, account. Checkout with the usual cards and transfers. Postcode lookup, pickup points, confirmation and invoice without a second system.
Net prices, EU reverse charge when the VAT number is valid. The dealer sees their agreement, not the street price.
Live availability on the product. Sets take parts from stock, not a fake bundle count.
Back office
Webshop and manual dealer orders. Payment, packages, pick lists. Returns and credit notes from the same flow.
Confirmations, invoices, payment and status. Mailings to the dealer list when the network needs a word.
Relations and postings go to the accounts package. Open items stay visible. The shop is not a second set of books.
Wheel protection, shop, and dealer questions: alloygator.nl. The platform itself is TesLabs custom work — a pattern we also use when another unique company needs the same kind of spine.
